Gainesville Jaycees deliver Christmas cheer for Hall youths

GAINESVILLE -- The Gainesville Jaycees continued their drive to help brighten Christmas for Hall County youths on Monday, delivering gifts purchased through our Empty Stocking Fund program to Hall County elementary schools.

The Jaycees helped provide clothing, shoes and toys for nearly 500 Hall County youths this holiday season and delivered the gifts to 25 different schools on Monday.

The Empty Stocking Fund program is supported through the Empty Stocking raffle and donations to the Fund. The raffle for the Empty Stocking project is ongoing and will last until Dec. 16 when a drawing will be held for to award this year's grand prize: a $5,000 Visa gift card.

Those wishing to donate to the Empty Stocking Fund can make checks out to the Gainesville Jaycees and mail them to P.O. Box 126, Gainesville, GA 30503.
