Mule Camp 2020 Cancelation Details


We regret to inform you that the City of Gainesville and the Gainesville City Council decided not to issue a permit for Mule Camp in 2020. The Gainesville Jaycees worked very hard to develop a thoroughly adapted plan for the site layout, traffic flow, santitation procedures & food court layout.

We will miss Mule Camp as much as you do this fall!


The Jaycees appreciate your loyal support of our event and our organziation's charitable & civic work projects. We will gladly offer 3 options for vendors & sponsors who have already paid fees for Mule Camp 2020.

    1) Transfer your registration to the 2021 event, which will be held October 8-10, 2021.
    2) Convert your registration fees into a donation to the 2020 Empty Stocking Fund program, with the option to apply these funds to the purchase of raffle tickets.
    3) Refund of your fees upon request.

If you want your registration to transfer to 2021, you do not need to do anything. We will automatically transfer your fee & registration.

Upon your request, we will refund fees as quickly as we can process them. Timing of individual refunds will depend on demand (more than 100 vendors have paid), the date of your application & form of payment used. We aim to issue all requested refunds within 2 weeks of request.

We appologize for the cancellation of Mule Camp this year. Please know that we worked hard to prepare and push for this event which is important for our community, our vendors, and our organization. We look forward to hosting you all in 2021.
